About Dr. Heinemann
Dr. Heinemann was born and
raised in Seattle. He went to Seattle and Bellevue public schools and then went to the University of Washington for undergraduate
education. He also attended the UW dental school, graduating in 1969 with highest honors each of the four years. After military
service in the Public Health Service for three years he yet again returned to the University of Washington for graduate specialty
training in Orthodontics. This private practice was started in Bremerton in 1974 and has progressed to offices now in Silverdale
and Bainbridge Island. Dr. Heinemann lives on Bainbridge Island with his wife Barbara and two boys.
Of his practice, Dr. Heinemann has said, "I love my
work. It is a privilege to work with the kids and adults of my community to improve their smiles, dental health and self confidence."
He maintains membership in numerous orthodontic
and dental study clubs, attends continuing dental education programs, and keeps the practice up to date with techniques and
technology. In addition, he works with the staff constantly to live up to his long time motto, "Committed to Excellence".
