Dear Valued Patients, Families, and Esteemed Colleagues,

After more than five decades of dedicated service, it is with a full heart and deep gratitude that I announce my retirement from the practice of orthodontics. This decision was not made lightly, as this community has been the foundation of both my professional and personal life. It has been one of my life’s greatest honors to care for generations of families and to help countless individuals smile with confidence.

When I first opened this practice more than 50 years ago, I never imagined the extraordinary relationships I would build and the joy this journey would bring. Every patient, every parent, and every referring colleague has played an invaluable role in shaping this practice into what it is today. For that, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

As I prepare for this next chapter, I do so with great peace of mind, knowing the practice is being passed into the most capable and caring hands. It is my absolute pleasure to introduce you to Dr. Miranda Fabrega, who will be continuing the legacy of exceptional orthodontic care in our community.

Dr. Miranda is no stranger to this practice or to many of you. In fact, she grew up in Kingston, and years ago began her journey in orthodontics working alongside me as an orthodontic assistant. I was proud to watch as she pursued dental school and specialty training in orthodontics with dedication and heart. It’s rare to find someone who not only brings outstanding clinical skill but also a deep understanding of our community’s values—and I could not imagine a better person to carry forward this work.

Dr. Miranda shares my commitment to individualized care, lifelong learning, and treating every patient like family. I know that under her leadership, the practice will continue to thrive and evolve while staying true to the patient-first philosophy that has guided us all these years.
