Meet Dr. Miranda Fabrega

Hello! I’m Miranda Fabrega, and I’m honored to return home to serve the community that helped shape who I am today. I grew up in Kingston and feel incredibly grateful for the opportunity to now care for the families and neighbors I’ve known for years.

I’m especially excited to share that I will be continuing the legacy of Heinemann Orthodontics, a practice that has provided trusted, high-quality care in our community for decades. This transition is deeply meaningful to me—not only because I’m coming home, but because I got my start in orthodontics right here in this office. I had the privilege of working for Dr. Heinemann as an orthodontic assistant, and it was his encouragement and mentorship that inspired me to pursue a career in dentistry and orthodontics.

After years of training and experience, I am proud to return as the new owner of the practice where it all started for me. I’m committed to honoring Dr. Heinemann’s legacy while bringing my own passion, energy, and commitment to personalized, compassionate care.

Outside the office, I love spending time with my husband and our six-year-old son; we’re excited to welcome a baby girl to our family this September. When I have free time, you’ll often find me hiking local trails, cooking at home, or beach combing along the beautiful shores of the Pacific Northwest.
